C.A.C. Soc. Coop. Agr., conscious of the necessity to grant the conditions to act correctly and trasparently in managing the company activities, in order to protect its stakeholders and employees, adopted the Model of organization, managing and control pursuant to Decree 231/2001.
This is a result of the need on the part of C.A.C. Soc. Coop. Agr. to adfirm the values which it recognizes, accepts and shares, inside and outside.
Therefore, C.A.C. Soc. Coop. Agr. adopted the Ethic Code here attached, to be followed by everyone who acts in C.A.C. Soc. Coop. Agr.. This is of fundamental importance for C.A.C. Soc. Coop. Agr.’s goodwill and reputation.
By decision adopted on 27th September 2022, the Italian Competion Authority granted to C.A.C. the maximum Rating of legality: ***.
